Proposal of Bulk drug plant initiated by Ulhas K Anavekar and the go ahead signal from Chairman of the company Ramakant K Anavekar.
1997
Omkrown factory inaugurated
Omkrown factory inaugurated at the hands of Minister of Industries Shri R. V. Deshpande.
2000
Switched over to Specialty Chemical business
Switched over to Specialty Chemical business; Received opportunity to be toll manufacturer for CIBA Specialty Chemicals, Basel. Started manufacturing of intermediates for CD Dye.

Approved as toll manufacturer for GE Plastics USA; manufactured their crosslinking agent THPE. for polymers.
